Stand up and massage your penis until it is in a 30-40% erect state. |

Take the penis and stretch it as far as possible under your backside. |

Now, slowly sit down on the penis which should result in your penis being stretched as you sit down. |

This is a variation of Power Stretch. The main purpose of this exercise is to help you achieve flaccid length and girth. |

The exercise can be performed for as long as you wish but over 20 minutes is not recommended. Recommended timing for this exercise is 5-10 minutes. |
